Heather Moore Creations is a self-directed business that operates under the Computer Enabling Program Foundation (CEPF), a not for profit organization. CEPF’s mission is to help young adults with multiple challenges. The State of New Jersey awarded the Foundation the first entrepreneurial contract for Heather Moore Creations. All proceeds from Heather Moore Creations’ cards go to the Foundation to make the dream of supported employment/community integration a reality for these young adults.
